Fast EPC was established in 2008 providing commercial compliance reports which include EPCs for commercial and domestic premises aiming to provide best possible results for our clients.

We meet the demands for both the private and the public sectors and have since evolved providing further compliance services including EPCs, DECs, Asbestos Surveys, Fire Risk Assessments, Lease and Floor Plans, Electrical Test Certificates, Gas Safety Certificates and Air Conditioning Testing.
